Ignored complaint
<p>My 75 year old mother bought cupboards at Gugulethu Morkels in December 2015 in the middle of August one set of the cupboard broke in side as the pins fell off and my moms cups and plates broke. This was reported twice at Gugulethu Morkels when my mom went in her self she was told they will come and pick it up and fix it nothing was done. she called the complaints line twice and nothing was done again. Eversince then she seems to have given up but mind you the installments are being paid every month. Their service sucks big time as mom has been their client fr more than 10 years morkels as whole</p>
