I WANT MY TV BRADLOWS

I bought a 65'' TV from Bradlows Brits and it gave me problems, I returned it to the store and after a while they gave me another one that was not in a box, it was just wrapped with a bubble plastic. I Didn't check the size then it was later ****** and I saw it at gash crusaders Brits, I went there with the police and the documents I have which are for the 65'' TV do not match with the TV they gave me as a replacement. I wasn't given any documents for the replacement TV now for the police to get my TV from cash crusaders they want proof that the TV is really mine, the store is now giving me a run around with the papers because they know that they gave me a smaller size of the TV which is wrong, they're telling me that the person who gave me that replacement TV is no longer in Brits and they can't find any paper work meaning there's nothing they can do.
