I want my refund

Message: Hi my name is Fikile Mkwa**** on the 25th May 2023 I went to Bradlows Verulam KZN where I went to laybye a new bed which costs R6.900 and I paid R4000 for it, on the 30th of May 2023 I went back to pay the rest and come back home with my bed They told me my bed was not available they had sold it to another customer so I asked what was I suppose to do? They said they will get another one from the warehouse I told them i couldn't wait for all of that as I didn't have a bed at home and was sleeping on the floor and desperately needed a bed as soon as possible.. I saw another bed and paid cash for it and I told them that I needed my laybye money which is R4000 back. They told me that I needed to submit my bank statement and I did After 2 weeks they phoned me back they said I must submit another bani statement because the one I gave them was for a flexi account. I gave them my savings account Since then they have been giving me a run around Iv foned the store the sales lady Cebi and store Manager Nana they said they don't do refunds it's done by the head office... Iv foned the head office a number of times and they are no help at all. It's July now still I haven't received my money kindly please intervene. My order number was ‪***0‬ My 1st reference was ‪***‬ 2nd one 622778 After that there were not giving me any references they said there was nothing on their system.
