i want my money or they must just give me new bed

I bought a a bed on the 28 June 2015 after 3 weeks the bed started to make noise as if it was a old bed <br> I called the shop and explained to them they told me they will send somebody to come and check and give me new bed but no one came I called the shop on the 23 of the said they still waiting for new stock I receive an sms on the 19 August saying that my query has logged so I called the on the 12 they said no stock has arrived yet until today no one has ever called me or said anything to me <br>
