I want my money back Bradlows or give me the furniture that i want

I bought a Manor coner lounge suite at bradlows which was faulty and it couldn't be fixed i was told that i can't get my money back, i must must come and pick something else i went it took more than three months for my case to be authorized and confirmed which i was the one calling the customer care every day. Now i want to change some of the product that i chose before they deliver them to me. I was told they have to cancel everything and start afresh. Its been two weeks now Cancellation has not been started i called the customer center and they keep on saying that they are escalating my matter.

I need help to get my money (R30000) back from BRADLOWS or they must come to the party and attend my case please 🙏.
