I want my money back bradlaws

I bought graton Everest couches from Bradlaws last year in cash at one of their branches in Durban. In less than a year the couches have started to peel off. I contacted the sales lady that assisted me with the purchase and has advised me that she has paid a complaint on my behalf. It’s been days and I have not received any feed back or any reference letter so I can be able to make a follow up. I longer want these couches and as they will obviously give me more problems in the future and requests for a full refund or credit.

I’m very disappointed with their customer service, I’ve spent R27 000 on these couches and do not expect them to be like this in less than a year of purchase.

I want my money back and they can keep their vouches
