I Want my money back

I laybyed a bed in 2014 with Morkels Boksburg, the branch closed down and i was advised that morkels is now under Bradlows. I visited the branch andrelayed my story to them with me wanting my laybye money back. the ladies took my details to date i havent received any feedback. can i please have my money back.
