I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am Maureen Nontobeko Magwaza I bought a bed and washing machine at Bradlows Tongaat branch and they delivered to a washing machine wrapped in plastic not in a box. I sent back the package and was made to fill in a form for refund and my problem is I need to wait 21 days to get back my money as I paid cash for this. The Order number : ***4 and Customer ID : *** I am seriously unhappy as I am without a bed or a washing machine and this is just unacceptable behavior and I am extremely disappointed by the store to deliver an opened package and then make me wait after making me wait a week for my stuff to be delivered now I need to wait for my money back R14 594.90.
