I want my lounge suite! I do not owe you. Give me what is due to me!

<p>I bought a lounge suite from bradlows southgate mall in late 2015 (august). In about 4 months the leather starting cracking. I reported this and they fetched it. They brought it back saying it is fixed, of which is was. However, in a space of 2 weeks the cracks started showing again. The lounge suite was taken again. I think this was about 4-5 months ago if not longer. I can't evn remember that is how long ago it was. I was told to come to the store and pick a new one. I did so but it has been weeks now and it still has not being delivered. My lounge id filled with camp master chairs because there are no couches. I called them again last week and they said they would deliver by last week Saturday. I am still waiting. The sad thing is that I do not owe these people anything. They owe me! The service there is so terrible. They must give me my money since they are not willing to do right by me. I even appointed a lawyer because they do not take me seriously. I have since sent an email to the store manager but he has not rep****.</p>
