I WANT MY COFFEE TABLE

I'm very disappointed with Bradlows, I bought the Polo two-tone coffee table which was advertised as R0.00 qnd was only charged for shipping. I made a payment using EFT and received confirmation of my order. The following day I tried to track my order with no success until I contacted them 2 days later from date of purchase to enquire and that is when I was told that my order has been canceled but they failed to communicate that with me. They said they will refund me my shipping costs. Their pricing policy says that should there be an error in pricing they would rectify the error and communicate with the customer and that was not done. I WAS THE ONE THAT CALLED THEM. 2. What they are doing is ********* because they are able to honor others and not others. How is that possible. Since some customers have received their purchases so must everyone.
