I want my Bed

I went to layby a bedroom suite 2018 September and 2019 June I decided to change my layby from bedroom suite to a base and mattress set of which I paid the difference from the layby amount that I paid .I Can say I bought the mattress set cash and paid delivery for it on the 14 of June ...I was promised that it will be delivered last week Friday 21 June and I called to check on them the lady said she will call me back and she didn't till today I gave not received my bed and I called head office still no help ....I'm disappointed in the service I'm receiving from Bradlows I respected the store because of quality furniture but Your customer service suck Bradlows Chrish hani mall ....I need my bed to Please
