I trusted Bradlows disappointed me badly

I pay my bradlows account by debit order, never skipped payment ever. Past 2 months I've been asking bradlows for statement.no response. Finaly I wrote a complaint. Response is "your account was sold to mbd". This is shocking as I pay by debit order. And if I didn't pay for me ntgs shouldn't I be warned that I will be handed over ?? Today I spent whole morning trying to reach this mbd , no response. I'm sitting here frustrated as this is going to ruin my name.ive been working very hard to clean my clean now this is going to mess my hard work. Very disappointed in bradlows cape town
