I regret opening a account with Morkels ... damn you JD Group!!

I'm so disappointed that people can be so rude. I have pleaded and pleaded to get help so I can clean my name and try to settle my account with Morkels.

Its been a month now, I wasn't working for a while and I did report and made means to pay what I had. Now I'm working and ready to settle my account with them and guess what they rude and keep on dropping the call. I didn't give up I tried calling them again they ended up giving me their finance department number: ********** then I called didn't go through, I went back to the number so I can get other number: ********** then a lady shouted at me. Did I tell you about the man who called me back just to **** on me?

What should I do to clear my name, I regret even opening a account with Morkels.
