I purchased a dining room set last week from Bradlows Chatsworth, delivery came on Sunday and the next day, we never opened the items as we were renovating, when we opened it on Saturday, we found that the chairs were all different styling and different colors from what we ordered, when I called the Manager of Bradlows Chatsworth, he was absolutely rude to me and treating me with disrespect, he stated that the chairs wer correct, even thou I stated to him it wasn't, when requested correct chairs he stated there's nothing he can do, when I told him that I will report him and the store he said I must just go ahead. It doesn't matter to him. I hope he doesn't treat all customers in this manner, he should be removed from his post with immediate effect
