I opened an account with them last year, January 2024. I bought a laptop for R7 999.95 on the account, which I have been paying through debit order deduction straight from my Capitec account an amount of R1293.16 for a period of 6 months. They have been deducting since Feb 2024 until January 2025. I have been going to them, but no luck. I've been sent back and forth. Hence, I am escalating this matter to you for assistance. All I want is my money back. From the month of August 2024, I couldn't even reverse it from my bank as the agreement was a Debi-check, which is not reversible
