I opened an account with Bradlows around June, July or Aug 2024

I opened an account with Bradlows around June, July or Aug 2024. I then on the 12th of Dec 2024, PAID OFF the account sent proof and made numerous requests that, they DO NOT DEDUCT money from my bank account end Dec 2024 or in Jan 2025 since i had paid the account in full. Guess what, today, to my greatest shock PEPKOR trading as BRADLOWS, deducted "monthly installment" - for which account sincd the account is pd up, i dont know. It's January, for crying out loud, the money they deducted was for my survival during the course of the month. PEPKOR trading as BRADLOWS took that money. This is a very sad state of affairs really.
