I have settled my account in full on the 2018-01-13 but you are debiting me

Hi Bradlows,

I have settled my account in full on the 2018-01-13 however i keep getting SMS's stating that i have an outstanding amount and my credit score looks bad because it reflects as in arrears.

I have been going to stores, calling you, sending you emails with my settlement letter that i got from JD group but nothing has been done thus far dispute all the trouble i went through to prove that i have settled my account.

You keep saying you will check and never come back to me with feedback. Maybe you are not taking me serious or you don't care since you got all your money.
