I have bought a R30 000 Pisa lounge suite from this store which inturn broke less than 8 months of using it. Berenice at the Westgate Mall branch was little help to get my issue resolved. The lounge suite was collected from their storeroom staff and fixed, however this thing looks like it was fixed by a 2 year old. This store is useless and their staff pathetic. They are a cash grab. Stay far away from them. They better come and get this **** at my house.
