I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months now

Last year in December i called Vanessa the manger of the store in Alberton to please cancel my order she took my number and never came back to me, the delivery people kept calling i told them the order was cancel already. I then requested that they refund the money i paid already i was told it will be done in a week waited nothing, when i called to follow up they needed my proof of payment i sent them and waited still nothing, i called again they said they now need 3 months bank statement because my refund has been declined am so angry and disappointed on the level of service provided by the store all i need is my money back order number ********** 3
