I hate this brand!

I bought a bed on the Bradlows website. I placed an order on 2 March. They sent a text saying they would deliver on the 5th, but I waited and they didn't arrive. They then sent another text saying they would deliver on the 6th, but again, they didn't show up. This pattern continued with promised delivery dates of the 10th, 11th, 14th, and 18th, but they failed to deliver each time. When I requested a refund and cancellation of my order, they ignored my messages. I do not recommend this brand. Don't make the same mistake I did.
