I feel I have been fooled.

I have bought a couch that was said to be a leather couch. On appearance it looks like it is genuine leather, I was recommended to buy leather care products at their store and now the couch has gone to the pits and when I report it to them, they say it is caused buy the cleaning products I was using. they refuse to understand my request and tell me about out of warrantee terms. I bought the couch same time as my friend who still has his from a different chain and his is still standing with no cleaning products ever used on it.
