I feel conned by Bradlows!!!

I made an online purchase on the 28th of August 2023, when I tracked the order it shows that the order was delivered on the 4th of September. I have, however, not received anything as yet. Have made numerous calls to Bradlows of which I was placed on hold for over 20min with no resolution. I even contacted thier customer chat and all I keep getting in “complaint log numbers” and being told I will get a response within 24 hours. Each time I wait 24 hours for nothing. Then I start the process all over again to be told the same thing. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have what was supposed to be my birthday present nor do I even know what happened to my order.
