I bought at heritage 182cm Built in Order #*** -INSTALLATION STILL NOT DONE!!

I bought at heritage 182cm Built in Order #*** on the 31 July 2024 which was supposed to take 2-5 working days to 7days, this unit was only deliverd on the 19 Aug 24?!! full 19 days?? and on top of that the unit comes with FREE INSTALLATION the boxes are sitting at home i am still wating for someone to install the unit, Your service?? pathetic, Please send someone to install the unit
