I bought a Phillips blender online which was delivered on the 3rd of June 2025 only to find out its working then i logged a complaint on Friday 06/06/25 i specified that i do not want a refund can it be exchanged, i have been calling them the entire week to do a follow up on my complaint all i am getting is that the matter has been assigned to someone i should wait for a call today is another Friday 13/06/25 my complaint has not been resolved
