I bought a bedroom suite with on the 17th of July 2024,after two weeks the bed was faulty, i notified the store and they asked me to send pics. They conformed that the bed is not on a good state. I asked for am upgrade cause I no longer want the edblo Oregon since I experienced a bad deal with it they are refusing and the bed is less than two months old. Their store manager was very rude, she even told me to do whatever I want to do since I didn't agree to change the base only.. This was the second bed, the first one was dirty I returned it now this one is faulty and uncomfortable.
