I am not getting my money back

I had a 12 months l at Bradlows Bochum branch for 2 x items dining room suit and bedroom suite. While I was paying the dining room suit was discontinued/phased out and I was never notified by the store only on the last payment I was told over the phone AFTER PAYING on my way home already that my dining room suit is no longer available. I then app**** for refund on the 26th September 2018 till today I have got my money back. I logged a complaint no one contacted me I only received complaint number via sms then everybody was quite. Went to the branch I was told the person who deals with this was on leave. I'm saddened by this store service
