Horrible warranty service

ref *** ID *** I lay byed a fridge in August 2017 at the Vosloorus branch then in 2018 it started giving me problems, it was reported to the store and ever since up to 5 people have come to my house to fix it with no luck. Last Repairer came on 21 August 2019 and still not fixed. Do note from the 5 people that came to my house to repair it I even fired one as they do not know what they are doing. I want my money as i am extremely unhappy with the services i have received so far from Bradlows.. We have gone with my family to the branch with no assistance and each time we go there i am told, they will call the head office and still waiting. The fridge is still under warranty which will expire in August 2019. I will be resorting in taking this case further as i am not getting the joys with this retailer. my contacts are ***
