HORRIBLE SERVICE AT BRADLOWS

<p>I cannot belive how such a big furniture shop will have such a bad service,I bought a washing machine at Bradlows Daveyton Sesifikile about four weeks ago and was advised that it should be delivered in 3 days,to this day I am still waiting for my washing Machine,I spoke to Nhlakanipho who is an Admin Manager there and could not come right,then spoke to Vusi who is a manager there,he was helpful until today when he told me that he will give a matchine that is on diplay until i get the new machine,i saw that machine it has scratches and when i asked him what will happen cause i will need to pay people to connect that second hand machine and when the new machine arrives I will need to pay people again to connect it he told me how he was comming up with a solution and told me to be patient,patient right?? Like after waiting for four weeks i should still be patient,What The Hell????I then spoke to Risler who is a Regional manager, that one had an attitude of a person who has a terrible hangover and doen`t want to be bothered,she just couldn`t give a rats ass about what I am going through as a customer.So now I want to know what must i do exactly to get assisted here,what must happen now,is this how you treat all your customers or is it just me??I want my machine and for as long as i do not get it I will post about it on every social media platform to infrom people of how useless this company is.I want someone to get back to me and tell me what the hell is going on.I am not going to wait any longer and by the way I DO NOT WANT A REFUND,I WANT MY WASHING MACHINE.</p>
