Horrible service , and poor quality

My husband and I purchased a bed on the 14 of December 2018 at Bradlows promenade , we paid cash for the bed of R6000.

The bed has never been moved out of the room , we have just moved into our new place and noticed that the stitching came loose at the bottom of the bed.

We then contacted the store and got horrible service , the manager refused to speak to me , why is she even placed as a manager if she can't handle her complains. I would advise no one to purchase anything at any bradlows , they sell horrible stuff they quick to take your money , and now i must wait two weeks for them to bring me a new bed.

You guys are a disgrace , and bradlows please train your stuff because they have no customer service s****s.
