HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I am writing this with a very angry heart as my problem has not been solved. i bought couches and a coffee table at Bradlows Jabulani mall first week of September 2018. A month later i discovered that the table is not balanced and seems like it had a factory fault, i called the shop and yes they came to collect the table for repairs as i was told. Two weeks went by without anyone contacting me about the procedures, so i then contacted them and to my surprise i was told the table was not repairable with an unpleasant tone and i should come to the shop to choose another one. i went to choose another table of which they told me the colour i want they do not have, i then requested for my money back so i can go look somewhere else as i can not take something that is not what i want. The lady (manager) who was helping me said that was not possible with an attitude and told me she will contact head office and she will revert to me. I AM STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK FROM HEAD OFFICE.
