Horrible Service!!!

Horrible service from bradlows!!! they always call me to tell me that i've missed payment when and that my account is in arrears when i'm the one who always call them to complain that they haven't debited from my account, they use a very poor system that doesn't update payment infor quikly. They debit whenever they feel like it and i've called them so many times to complain about this and still nothing hasn't been done. wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from them unless if its cash but professionalism is not there at all. POOR POOR Service
