Horrible service

I have bought a lounge suite at Morkels in Jabulani mall in May 2016,within 3months of purchasing the lounge suite the leather started peeling on all three couches,I went to the store to lay my complain but to my surprise when I got there I discovered that the store has closed down but I wasn't notified as their customer,I looked for any Morkels in and around the area I reside at without any success,until in December 2016 when I was at Northgate mall at Bradlows thats where and when I was told that the stores have been amalgamated,that was when I got to go to the store to lay my complaint but when I got there I was told by the store manager known as Lebo that its been long since I bought the couches so they cant repair the couches,if they do repair it will be at my cost,I fought with them regarding that considering that I spent months looking for their store....They logged my complaint and I called their head office complaints department and only then I was told that the manager at the store gave me wrong information I wont have to pay for the repairs because its the stores fault,they took my couches for repairs on the 11th of January 2017 and the couches stayed with them for 2months,they delivered the couches the end of February 2017 only to find that the couches where returning with the same fault I booked the couches in for,I returned the couches back with the people who came to deliver them and I went to the store the following day and spoke to the manager again about this and he booked the couches in again for repairing,they took them for 2 months again and delivered them in May,within 2 weeks of having those couches back the seats of the couches started sagging they took the couches again for repairing they brought them back but they started sagging again within few weeks of having them back and I went to the store to complain about that again and this time I told them I dont want anything that has to do with this couches anymore,I am sick and tired of them and the bad service I keep on getting from the store manager who isn't helping me with anything and I have never been happy with the couches since I purchased them and I had to spend so many months without having those couches in my possession while I am still paying them,I wasn't even offered the courtesy couches to use while they took my couches away,the manager of the store even told me that the couches I bought are not of good quality I should purchase couches wich are more expensive then I wont have problems,what kind of manager is that?.....I am really not happy with the store and I wouldn't advice anyone to use the store at any given chance
