Horrible quality and customer service.

On the 01st of September 2018, I purchased a Texas 3 PCE lounge suite with Bradlows Maponya mall , but in just two months, the back of the two seater collapsed. I went back to the store and they supposedly fixed it. The same issue happened again, and I went back on the 21st of Jan 2020 to report then incident. The store manager with the assistance of this staff member logged the complaint using my old reference number and they promised that I would be contacted by someone but to date no one has gotten back to me. Can Bradlows come and take their broken goods and fix them???
