Horrible Horrible Service!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. My mom paid R9K for 2x chairs, plus R600 delivery fee FOR HER OWN TOWN and she is still waiting for delivery. She made FULL payment on 18/06, it is now 06/07 and no delivery yet. Every time we phone Bradlows, they say the chairs will be delivered within 24 hours (and we also have to phone head office, as the DADAS centre branch can not even pick up a phone) . Currently at the DADA centre branch in Lichtenburg, and the manager can not care less. Horrible horrible horrible service.
