Horrible experience at bradlows mall of tembisa

I bought a Wadrobe cash at Bradlows mall of Tembisa in September 2024. They delivered the one which is scratched, the doors were not closing properly and the drawers were not assembled well. I lodged a complain to and they send a person to fix the doors but he couldn't fix the door. They promised to take it and give me the new 1 but after a month they did not fulfill the promise. I canceled the order and asked for refund which took them another month to process. Then when they finally refunded me, they did not pay me the whole amount of the money that I paid for the product. What an emotionally draining experience I had with at Bradlows mall of Tembisa🤮😭😡The manager kept on blaming the warehouse and not taking the responsibility forgetting that I did not sign the contract with the warehouse but instead I have signed with the store😞😡I REALLY HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
