Horrible, disgusting and appalling customer service.

Bradlows customer care is the worst ever. I paid a settlement amount, then I was told there's 299 outstanding. I call week later to confirm amount. I was asked if I'm settling which I then confirmed. I made the payment the next day. I followed up with a call only to be told my settlement amount is R511 and that there's no record of my call the previous day. I will never buy from bradlows. The very fridge I'm paying wasn't working and I ended up going to the ombudsman for them to exchange it. The fridge never worked not even a single day, now the customer care department is even worse. I'll never buy from them ever again and I'll advise everyone I know not to buy from them.
