Horrable service at bradlows phillipi junction

I laybyed a bed it is now full paid and no one is willing to assist on delivery.

The store I went to for the layby is not getting back to me I'm the one calling, their email *** the is no reply....their complaints department said to get back to me with in 24 hours I am still waiting.

I'm awasting my airtime and calling even their finance department no one has any sence of good service or emergency
