Hi. I am Norman. I want to lay a complain Brad lows Protea Glen Mall.

I have a account with Bradlows Protea Glen Mall. My bank wanted to do the settlement on my account. I went the store on 25 November 2017 to request for settlement letter. i Spoke to the guy by the name Popo. He told me that people who deals with settlement letters dont work on Saturday. He said to me he will request on Monday 27. I phoned him on that Monday. He said he will send me a mail , they are on off line. Nothing was done. I told him i will come on Wednesday 29. I took a day off. Still nothing was done. They phone customer care ,they said they cant give me a letter , i must wait for 72 hours. I waited till Monday 04 / 12 / 2017 again nothing was done. I phoned the shop , they put me through their customer care. They are saying they will send today. The problem i have to re-request with the bank aging. Its gonna take another month again. Cos of stupid people who dont wanna do their work. I am very angry and frustrated. According to them i have to pay the account non stop. I dont have to do the settlement. Poor Service in our township . I will never ever buy anything at the Township. Cos they undermine us customers.
