Haven't received our order - Super disappointed

We purchased a fridge from the online store over 4 weeks ago and it still has not been delivered despite the numerous SMS confirmations (starting 1 day after the order was placed). We followed up 5 times during this time and nobody seems to take ownership of the situation. Hopefully, we will receive our refund and buy a fridge from a company that can do deliveries. Super frustrating!
