Haven't received my order

I made an online purchase on 26 October 2024 for a bed on Bradlows website. I received a message that stated my order will be delivered on the 31st of October 2024. I haven't received my order and customer service department cannot assit me with telling me with which courier company it is with and the only this they can do is log a call
