Harassment for a debit order.

I just recently opened an account with Bradlows and my debit order date is 27th of each month.They have been calling me long before the 27th and also today I received two calls one from head office and one from the store telling me that my debit order didn’t go through I must come to the shop.Yet I have a statement in front of me saying a debit order went through today.This is the harassment I won’t tolerate as if the account is not paid.You can’t expect a debit order that went through few hours ago to reflect on your side ASAP.Now I must be getting 100 calls for a debit order that came off my account.
