Handed over my account

I called morkels before i go on unpaid martenity to inform even cancel my debit order and went to joburg branch to submit documents that consultant refused.2 months some guy to my house to collect furniture and my aunt told him on unpaid martenity and i got a call from some lady accuse for commiting ***** (thabita) police will come to arrest me.we make payment every month but not full installment but atleast 800 out of 1400.00 every month.morkels and their lawyers keep on send people to collect while the is a payment on account.even letters thats state that they gona garnish me its a letter of demand.they even have a communication between us.worsed i received sms that my account is handed over how cause its paying account even its on arrears but i make payment evry month.called head office today that lady was rude forcing me to take numbers for lawyers to make arrangement and she can not speak to me if i refused to take those numbers.they dont respect people or communicate with customers.they treat us like *****s .i am suppose to finish paying this year june but it seems like morkels has to take that account back to them.already paid alot of money double the price
