Grafton Everest leather lounge suite faulty.

I purchased a Grafton Everest lounge suite in 2018 at bradlows in Lydenburg Mphumalanga. The 1st suite gave us alot of problems and after a year of battleling they replaced the suite. This set should last but now the leather is peeling off and no help from bradlows. Please assist
