Goods sold were damaged and store unable to fix

I bought a dinning room suite last year in March and after inspecting the goods i found out that there is some damages on it and I immediatly report to the store so they can assist, since then it is now a year later and they still can't fix the problem.This is really a bad services that I wouldnt expect from a reputable shop as big as Morkels.
