Goods not delivered and no productive communication in 4 weeks

I have not received goods for the past 4 weeks. The manager at the Andries Street Bradlows told me I just started speaking to him today so I cannot make demands. I was just asking that he please add me to emails to show that my matter is actually escalated as I do not have any proof that they are doing anything at all about my query.
