Good Service despite glitches

A few weeks back I went to the morkels in parrow to purchase a TV stand I saw on line. I was assisted by Joan. I was very pleased with her efficient and friendly service. The TV stand arrived on Tuesday as she promised. And I left the tv stand in my lounge for the people at Presige to come assemle. The Prestige proved to be a disapointment. They only came to assembly once I had called Joan to enquire aboutt the delay. The two young gentlemen who came from Prestige were useless. And didnt know how to assemly the tv stand. I sent them away. I spoke to Joan again and on Saturday three gentlemen came to assembly the tv stand. They were friendly and profesional and I could tell that they take pride in their work unlike the people that Presitge sent.<br> <br> I wouldliek to thank Joan for her assistance and patience. I would also like to thank the three gentlemen who came to assembly the TV stand. I plead with Morkels to look into their arrangement with Prestige.
