Good not delivered

I placed an order on 21 April 2026 online.I was promised that my couches will be delivered between 2-5 working days. I haven't received my order.Yesterday I logged a complaint via customer care and I spoke to Queen, who was very friendly. I then received an email stating that my couches are delivered and that is not true. Even when I check my status order,it says completed but I don't have my couches to this day.Im so disappointed in Bradlows and will never require their services again.I even want to cancel that order and request a full refund of my money.Nobody keeps in contact with me,I'm the one that needs to constantly call for follow up.The service is pathetic Order ***
