Good morning On the 1st of December my couch was delivered from bradlows and by December 2024 the couch started tearing and the seat not so comfortable and I went to bradlows promenade mall and the manager Mario logged a call and said I should wait for reference number from head office and to date I haven’t received the reference number and the store is no longer taking my calls after frequent trips to the store and they always say they logged a call and I should wait for the reference number. What’s frustrating is that I bought extended warranty and they are not being helpful and I’m stuck with a low quality product that cost an arm and a leg
