Gomma Gomma

I bought a GommaGomma lounge suite 4 years ago at Bradlows in George. Although I treated the Leather- look alike suite with care and cleaned it with the kit I bought, the suite is now "crumbling". I went to the store to complain, but hey referred me to GommaGomma in Johannesburg. They said that the warranty has expired and that is that! Surely, the suite should last longer than 4 years?? I am very disappointed in GommaGomma.
