Getting threats messages from Bradlows

I am being abused by Bradlows here every month after paying for my account they sends me emails and smses as if I am a bad payer, I have a proof that I have paid and I promise not to recommend them to anyone again as this also reflects on my credit score I have been their customers for few years now below is the sms showing them taking their money viadebit order
